Nowadays,one can find a number of ISO certified educational institutions,especially many engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu are ISO certified.When an institution gets an ISO certificate the staff their become product givers and the students become the customers.So it is mandatory on the part of the institution to give quality stuff to its students.

But what happens in reality is that the staff give high marks their students whether they deserve them or not as they are afraid of axing owing to the poor feedback they may get from students.So a teacher of English becomes a good teacher if he teaches in the regional language and a bad teacher if he teaches English in English.If this trend is nipped in the bud it may give rise to the creation of engineers who have neither the skill nor the expertise.
