The English East India Company came to India to do business and made India one of their colonies. It required Gandhi to wage a non violent war against the British Empire in order to give us freedom. The English were dominating us for nearly 200 years. What we can do now is to dominate smaller and educationally backward nations by giving them quality education.

It is true that many foreigners are coming to India for studies and these people have to stay here for some time. But if the same education is imparted to them in their own place by our own staff then definitely it will be a boon to them. For this our top educational institutions like the IITs and the IIMs can start extension centers in countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh
Afganistan, and some African countries. This educational presence of India in these countries will be a noble revenge to the might and influence of China over these countries.

Will our HRD minister Mr.Kapil Sibal make this bold venture?

Our PM is becoming softer and softer nowadays as he thinks that the softest person can be a statesman par excellence or a statesman with a vision. He proved this when he conceded with the PM of Pakistan that both countries are the victims of terror. By conceding to this diplomatic defeat he gave victory to Pakistan. The same statesman ship is going to be shown in China also. China has made the world believe that Arunachal Pradesh is a disputed territory like Kashmir and our PM will have to accept this statement.

This is not statesman ship but sheer cowardice. When our PM knows that China respects power why can’t he make our defence forces powerful and our soldiers battle ready? Why can’t he allocate funds for the development of border states? Our nuclear tests have yielded nothing and so why can’t we conduct another test? Whom are we afraid of? We are not afraid of any outsider but we are afraid of our own politicians who have separate yardsticks for measuring the atrocities of Maoists and terrorists. If a Naxalite or a Maoiste kills a person that is not an act of terrorism.

The BJP party is in shambles now as many experienced members have risen into revolt against the leadership, which is very much disappointing. I feel this party has only leaders and not followers.

Mr.Advani who heads the party has found it difficult to lead the party and he can be a good organizer and not a good leader, whereas Mr.Vajpayee is a wonderful leader who can really hold disparate elements in the party.

Now what the party needs is the soothing touch of Mr.Vajpayee who is is the Ajathashatru of the party. When compared with BJP leadership madam Sonia is a good leader as she is to rein even Sharad Pawar. A good has to be dictatorial some times and must think before taking a hasty action.

The dismissal of Mr.Jaswant Singh from the party is totally uncalled for as writing controversial statements and being loyal to a party are two different things The party must have the sagacity to withdraw the dismissal order against Jaswant. The saner elements can advise the leader and stem the rot in order to prevent the set of gangrene.

When the name of Balochistan came in the joint statement signed by our PM and the PM of Pakistan and the start of the composite dialogue irrespective of whether terrorism is there or not we shouted that our PM has become a laughing stock and that any country can take India for a ride.

When our PM defended the joint statement in the parliament the opposition party staged a walk out. But the chair person and that is the madam defended him. Manmohan Singh was not dismissed from the Congress party for his actions.But when Mr.Jaswant Singh defended Jinnah and maligned Patel in his book he was dismissed from the party.

I feel that both the the Singhs are doing good to India as these actions can earn for India the friendship of Pakistan. At least for this Mr.Jaswant Singh must be admitted into the party with a stern warning.

The news that SRK was stopped for security reasons at an airport in the U.S made head lines in our media. It is a good piece of cake for our visual media to be given to our people who hold our cine actors and actresses in high esteem.

May be SRK is a famous personality in India, but in America he just another passenger and that is all and when he is in another land he has to obey the law of the land.

The American security has not done any thing wrong by stopping him and asking him questions. Similarly, the Americans do not expect us to bend the law of the land for their sake. But we bend our rules to top Americans as we need their help and support.

Our media are notorious for making mountains out of mole hills and I congratulate CNN-IBN for not lagging behind in creating scare in the minds of already panic stricken aam admi. Adding insult to injury, our health minister has stated that our teachers should find out from every student whether he/she is affected by swine flu.

Whenever I switch on the T.V, I find that the media are trying their level best to create panic about swine flu in the minds of the public and sustain this panic, God knows how long. The spread of swine flu is given the importance of a terrorist attack or the start of a storm.People should be given awareness about the the disease but creating panic is bad.

Yesterday our naval chief made a statement that the military might of China is so superior that India doesn’t stand a chance.The budget for the military of China is three times that of India.

Our politicians say that we have no differences of opinion with China except the border issue which has been a hot issue for the past 60 years and not a single Prime minister is bold enough to solve the border problem. China made its presence felt in countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and even in Pakistan that in times of crisis these countries will certainly want to get the help of China and not India.

When our former defense minister George Fernandes said that China is our number one enemy we pooh poohed him.But the fact remains that China is our enemy and if there is a war between India and Pakistan China will certainly conquer Arunachal pradesh in a jiffy and we will go to Obama or Ban ki Moon to make a complaint. Instead of complaining in an impotent way we must make our forces ready for battle.
